The hitch that I received was put on another vehicle, in other words, "used". Another customer must have returned it. The paint was chipped and also rusty in places. I do not like the quality of the paint being rusty and chipped.
The hitch installation was pretty straightforward as long as you use Youtube videos to support the limited instruction pix. The electrical install was very well documented and straightforward. The big hurdle was penetrating the firewall gromet and pull throught of the 12v power wire back to the trunk. (Whew!) Overall the install went successfuly and I am happy with the outcome.

Fit perfectly on top of my ford f350, easy to wire up and the control panel is easy to use. Lights are very bright and the different patterns are helpful for the different type of work that I do. The magnets are surprisingly very strong and havnt moved an inch from where I set them and I’ve hit may bumps and pot holes. Very good product

Purchased this to run a pair of amber lights on the A pillars of a can am x3. Switch is a perfect fit in the oem slots. Harness is a simple plug and play design with ample length. Only thing I had to change was the terminal ring connectors. They were too big to fit on the bus bar. Simple fix. Will buy again if I run more lights.

This is a great product. Simple instructions and installation. I was impressed that the wiring plugs had the factory type lock clips.
Great price and seems to be a good quality coating and had sturdy thickness. Install requires good hands to not drop anything but easy steps. I like that it keeps the pods mounted high and tight to the a pillar vs the hood hinge mounts where the lights can obscure your view. Glad I found these mounts, and happy so far.

Mounting plate would not bolt to the winch with 4 bolts. I tried every way to make it line up with 4 bolts but had to settle with bolting 2.
